lyrics
Our hands meet across the ocean
under the pale moon's glow
Our faces surrogate to silver lining
as stars dance beneath our feet
We build a wall of our wounds
and we drown in each other
Our earthless faces buried deep
in mountains beyond hope
Forgiveness and sorrow
and hope and envy
Wounds and healing
and distance and time
and pain and love
in love.
Across the ocean,
under the moon
Through our wounds
we meet, again.
This sounds exactly how I want black metal to sound. I have spent a long time searching for it but this is precisely what I was looking for. homocarbonis
I was always intrigued by this group's choice of album covers, it isn't every day that you see high quality space photos in this genre despite the rise of "cosmic" black metal. But the music blew me away, this sounds like Austere took the atmospheric spacey route. (I will assume it's a coincidence that both bands are Australian) porcelainheart-
If you're going to go out in apocalyptic style you might want to have the 40 minute title track playing loud at your side. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 12, 2013
